Shipping policy

We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here are the details about our shipping policy:

We only ship to Canada and the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods
Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the products.
We offer standard shipping, but expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination. The exact amount will be calculated during checkout.

5. Customs and Taxes
Canada: No customs duties or taxes are applied until our revenue exceeds 30k CAD. Customers will not be charged taxes for Canadian orders until we reach this threshold.
United States: Customers may be subject to customs duties upon receipt of their order. If a package is held by customs or confiscated, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of damage or loss of packages, please contact us immediately. However, we are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by third-party carriers.
